The secondary purpose of a CRM is tracking and organizing your additional details; inventory tracking, sales or project management, marketing campaigns. A great CRM will combine these functions so that you can connect easily to the information that matters most to your business. If a CRM does not feel simple and intuitive, then it is not the software for you.
